My little Water Babies!

Here's another LO I made during Crop Suey's crop a couple of weekends ago.

I've been holding onto this paper (I tend to do that alot lately) and finally decided to just do something with it. Here's what came of it.
Just a little prelude to all the summer pics that should be coming my way soon.
